How do I control Claude Code from my iPhone?
Install Lochan from the App Store, then run curl -fsSL lochan.app/herdr-setup | sh on the Mac or Linux host where Claude Code runs in Herdr and scan the QR code it shows. When Claude Code stops to ask, Lochan opens its real terminal on your phone so you can read what it did and answer.
Does Lochan work with Codex?
Yes. Lochan works with Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Grok, OpenCode, Aider and other coding agents running in Herdr on your Mac or Linux host.
Do I need a Lochan account?
No. Lochan has no accounts and no sign-in, and there is no Lochan server between your phone and your computers.
What data does Lochan collect?
Lochan collects nothing: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking and no advertising identifiers. Conversations stay on your device by default.
Which iOS version does Lochan require?
Lochan requires iOS 26 or later on iPhone and iPad. Apple's built-in on-device model requires iOS 26 or later, and image input requires iOS 27 or later.
